NWA Eazy-E Retro Hiphop Compton Black White Classic T-shirt. Eazy–E (born Eric Lynn Wright) was a rapper, songwriter and record producer from Compton, California. He was one of the founding members and leaders of the influential gangsta rap group, N.W.A. He is widely considered one of the most influential rappers of all time and is often cited as one of the pioneers of gangsta rap. Eazy–E‘s success was largely due to the success of his first solo album, Eazy–Duz–It, which was released in 1988 and became a commercial success. His second album, EAZY–ER SAID THAN DUNN, was released in 1991 and featured the hit single “Boyz–n–the–Hood.” He also released several other albums, including Str8 off tha Streetz of Muthaphukkin Compton (1995) and Impact of a Legend (2008).
